We recently had a hot water tank go out on us. I called Scott and he made a detour to his plans and came over to look at it within a few hours. Amazing. We decided to replace the tank with a tankless heater and we are really happy with our decision. More than just the decision to go tankless but that we had Scott do the work for us. His price was more than competitive, his workmanship is excellent and his customer service elite. We had excessive sediment in the line which created a minor challenge after the install. Scott was on it immediately and did not leave till the lines had been cleaned and the system was working perfectly. We will certainly call Scott first for all our future plumbing needs...I might even call him for non plumbing stuff. 😉 I think he is just that good.
