Gas lines
Gas line installation
New gas lines are licensed work for a reason. We size the line for the appliance and the run, install it to code, and pressure-test it before it's put into service, whether that's a range, a dryer, a pool heater, a fire pit or an outdoor kitchen.

When a new line is needed
- Moving from an electric range to gas
- A new outdoor kitchen, fire pit or BBQ stub
- A pool or spa heater going in
- Converting a water heater or dryer to gas
- A line that was capped off and now needs bringing back
What we do
- 01
Check the meter and existing gas capacity before adding load
- 02
Size and route the new line properly
- 03
Install shutoffs where they belong
- 04
Pressure-test the line and check every connection before it's used
What decides the price
Length of run, what it passes through, the appliance's demand, and whether the meter can carry the extra load. We give the estimate in person, once we’ve seen the job.
“Scott responded within minutes of my inquiry and even made time the same day to come out…”

Gas line install: questions and answers
Can you run a gas line for an outdoor kitchen?
Yes, along with fire pits, BBQ stubs, pool heaters, ranges and dryers. The line gets sized for the appliance and pressure-tested before it's used.
Does gas work need a licensed plumber?
It needs someone licensed and it needs testing. We're a licensed Arizona contractor, ROC #359690, and gas work is not a place for shortcuts.
