Faucet installation and repair
A faucet swap is quick when it goes well and miserable when it doesn't: seized supply lines, a shutoff that won't turn, or a sink that fights the new faucet. We bring the parts to deal with all three, and we test everything before we pack up.

When to call
- A drip that new washers won't fix
- A faucet that's loose in the deck
- Damp inside the cabinet under the sink
- A new sink, counter or fixture going in
- Mineral build-up that has the aerator or the sprayer beaten
What we do
- 01
Check and replace the shutoffs and supply lines if they're worn out
- 02
Install the faucet properly so it stays tight in the deck
- 03
Connect the sprayer, the soap dispenser and the drain where they're part of it
- 04
Run it and check underneath before we leave
What decides the price
The fixture, the state of the shutoffs underneath, and whether the sink or counter needs work are what move it. We give the estimate in person, once we’ve seen the job.

Faucet install: questions and answers
One faucet has lost its pressure. Is it the faucet?
Often it's the aerator, the small screen at the spout, blocked with scale from hard water. It unscrews and can be cleaned. If that doesn't bring the flow back, the cartridge or the supply line is next.
Why does my new faucet drip already?
Usually debris or scale caught in the cartridge, or a connection that wasn't seated. Hard water is unkind to new fixtures, which is why we test flow before we go.
